Local Franchise Selects The Intelligence Agency
Growing Entity Engages Experienced Firm For Marketing Services

The Intelligence Agency, Michigan’s only marketing firm paid based on the results it creates, is adding a new client to their roster. IA has been selected as the marketing agency of record for Comfort Keepers, a national in-home care service provider with local franchise offices in Traverse City and Petoskey.

Comfort Keepers is a national non-medical, personal, in-home care provider with hundreds of locally owned offices across the country. Founded based on fulfilling a need to help people stay in their homes, Comfort Keepers provides services from conversation and companionship to meal preparation, transportation and 24-hour or live-in care.

Opened by Russ and Leslie Knopp in 2005, the local Comfort Keepers office in Traverse City has experienced tremendous growth in just a short two years, resulting in the opening of a second office in Petoskey, an increase in staff from zero to 50, and expanded geography to include most of northwest Michigan.

The Agency handles all advertising, public relations and crisis communications for Comfort Keepers.

The Intelligence Agency is the only marketing agency paid based on the results it creates. Since its inception in 1999, The Intelligence Agency has added more than sixty clients in industries from banking to food manufacturing, and ranging in geography from Petoskey to Anchorage and Arizona. The agency’s services include market research, business strategy, public relations, communications, public affairs and advertising. The Intelligence Agency can be reached at 231.932.0400 or via email.
